2025/10/22 かかりつけ歯科医における歯科検診の費用補助の案内/Subsidy for Dental Check up
健保組合では、昨年度に引き続き、かかりつけ歯科医にて歯の疾病予防のため歯科検診を受けられた場合、費用の補助を行う保健事業を行います。
例年、本社・工場などの事業所で職域歯科健診を実施していますが、事業所に行けない、スケジュールが合わないなどで職域歯科健診を受診できない社員の方を対象としています。
かかりつけ歯科医を持ち、定期的に診てもらうことを習慣にしましょう。むし歯、歯周病等の早期発見や治療につながり、長期的に健康な歯を保て、医療費と苦痛の削減につながります。
l 対象者 被保険者（社員）のみ。（被扶養家族は対象外）。職場（本社・工場）
で実施する歯科健診を受けていない、受ける予定がないこと。
l 補助対象 保険診療で歯科検診を受け、診療明細に基本検査の点数があるもの
（歯科医院から受領する領収書・診療明細書で確認できます）。治療目的のみの歯科受診は対象外。
l 受診機関 被保険者が自ら選定した、かかりつけ歯科医院。
l 費用負担 期間中1回のみ2000円までの実費自己負担額。保険診療自己負担額
の実費を健保組合が支払う。
l 受診期間 2025年10月から2026年３月末までの受診。
l 申請期間 2025年11/1～2026年4/30
l 申請方法 Formsにて申請。申請に基づき健保組合が診療報酬明細（レセプト）
を確認するので、添付書類・領収書の添付は不要ですが、領収書の確
認を求める場合があるので保管しておいてください。

l 支払い時期 健保組合にレセプトが到着するのが受診月の２か月後なので、支払い
は受診月の２か月以降先になります。このため、受診後すぐ申請され
ても支払いにお時間いただくことになりますのでご理解ください。
l 支払先 申請時の指定口座へ健保組合から振り込みます。

Health Insurance Association subsidizes the cost of dental checkups at your dentist for prevention of dental diseases. This program is intended for employees who are unable to receive dental checkups at workplaces.
Please make it a habit to have your dentist and have regular checkups. It will enable early detection and treatment of carious teeth, periodontal disease as well as maintain healthy teeth in the long term, thereby reducing medical costs and pain.
l Eligibility: Employees only. (Dependents are not eligible). Not have received nor plan to receive a dental checkup at workplace (at head office, factory, etc.).
l Dental checkups eligible for subsidy: Dental checkups that are covered by insurance and have a basic examination score on the medical bill (this can be confirmed on the receipt from the dental clinic). Dental treatments are not covered for this subsidy.
l Subsidy amount: up to 2,000 yen. Health insurance association will pay the actual cost upon your application.
l Target of subsidy period: check-up between October 2025 to March 2026.
l Application period: 11/1/2025 - 4/30/2026
l How to apply: Apply via linked Forms below. Based on the application, Health insurance association will check the medical fee details (receipts) . l Timing of Payment: The payment will be made two months or later after the month of the medical examination. Therefore, please understand that it will take approximately 2months for payment.
l Payment destination The health insurance association will transfer the payment to your designated bank account at your application.
