かかりつけ歯科医における歯科検診の費用補助の案内
P&G健保組合では、かかりつけ歯科医にて歯の疾病予防のため歯科検診を受けられた場合、費用の補助を行う保健事業を行います。例年、本社・工場などの事業所で職域歯科健診を実施していますが、事業所に行けない、スケジュールが合わないなどで職域歯科健診を受診できない社員の方を対象としています。
かかりつけ歯科医を持ち、定期的に診てもらうことを習慣にしましょう。むし歯、歯周病等の早期発見や治療につながり、長期的に健康な歯を保て、医療費と苦痛の削減につながります。

l 対象者 被保険者（社員）のみ。（被扶養家族は対象外）。職場（本社・工場などで）実施する歯科健診（今年度実施分）を受けていない、受ける予定がないこと。
l 補助対象の歯科検診：保険診療で歯科検診を受けられ、診療明細に基本検査の点数がついているもの（歯科医院から受領する領収書で確認できます）。治療目的のみの歯科受診は対象外。保険診療以外で受けられた歯科検診は個別に確認し判断。
l 受診機関 被保険者が自ら選定した、かかりつけ歯科医院。
l 費用負担 期間中1回のみ2000円までの実費自己負担額。保険診療自己負担額の実費を健保組合が負担する。
l 受診期間 2024年10月から2025年３月末までの受診。受診時に被保険者であること。
l 申請期間 2024年10/1～2025年4/30
l 申請方法 Formsにて申請。申請に基づき健保組合が診療報酬明細（レセプト）を確認するので、添付書類・領収書の添付は不要ですが、領収書の確認を求める場合があるので保管しておいてください。
l 支払いタイミング 健保組合にレセプトが到着するのが受診月の２か月後なので、支払いは受診月の２か月以降先になります。このため、受診後すぐ申請されても支払いにお時間いただくことになりますのでご理解ください。
l 支払先 申請時の指定口座へ健保組合から振り込みます。
FAQ
申請後どのような確認が行われ支払いとなりますか？
健保組合で、申請があった診療の診療報酬明細（レセプト）を確認し、適切な歯科検診が行われているかを確認したのち、自己負担金額（2000円上限）を指定銀行にお支払いをします。 具体的には、診療報酬明細で検査の項目に点数がついているかを確認します。支払い通知は行いませんのでご了承ください。ご自身で銀行口座を確認ください。レセプトがシステム到着が受診月の2か月後になりますので、支払いタイミングも受診月の2か月後以降となります。
かかりつけ歯科医で健診を受診してくださいとありますが、かかりつけ歯科医あることはどのように確認されるのでしょうか？
特に確認はしません。ご自身で、継続的に歯の状態を確認してもらえる歯科医（かかりつけ歯科医）を持たれて、継続的に通院されることをお勧めします。
保険外で健診を受けた場合は？
保険外で健診を受けられた場合は、個別に状況と内容を確認させていただいて、判断させていただきます。その際は、領収書や明細書等の提出が必要になります。
検査を歯科治療と同時に受診した場合は？
申請可能です。検査の部分が補助の対象となります。検診をして虫歯が見つかったので、同時に治療した等も検査部分は対象となります。申請フォームには窓口で支払った額をそのまま記入ください。検査相当分を健保組合が算出し、支払います。
（被扶養者）家族はこの補助金の対象となりますか？
被保険者（社員）のみが対象で、家族は対象になりません。
申請して補助金支払いが却下される（支払われない）ケースは？
治療・forms.office.com/r/QjmH0NVXG5処置や手術の場合のみの歯科診療・治療、美容目的などは対象外です。
Subsidy for Dental Check up
P&G Health Insurance Association subsidize the cost of dental checkups at your family dentist for prevention of dental diseases. This program is intended for employees who are unable to receive dental checkups at workplaces. (if you receive check up at your workplace, you are not eligible for this subsidy)
Make it a habit to have a family dentist and have regular checkups. It will enable early detection and treatment of carious teeth, periodontal disease as well as maintain healthy teeth in the long term, thereby reducing medical costs and pain.
l Eligibility: Employees only. (Dependents are not eligible). Not have received or plan to receive a dental checkup at workplace (head office, factory, etc.).
l Dental checkups eligible for subsidy: Dental checkups that are covered by insurance and have a basic examination score on the medical bill (this can be confirmed on the receipt from the dental clinic). Dental treatment are not covered. Dental checkups received without insurance will be checked and determined on an individual basis.
l Subsidy amount: up to 2,000 yen. Health insurance association will pay the actual cost upon your application.
l Target of subsidy period: September 2024 to March 2025.
l Application period: 10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025
l How to apply: Apply via linked Forms below. Based on the application, Health insurance association will check the medical fee details (receipts) . Attached documents and receipts are not required to application, but please keep the receipts as you may be asked to confirm them.
l Timing of Payment: The payment will be made two months or later after the month of the medical examination. Therefore, please understand that it will take some time for payment.
l Payment destination The health insurance association will transfer the payment to your designated bank account at your application.
